Dear Ms. Jenny:

The documents were submitted in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, (10 CFR) Section 95.47, Destruction of matter containing classified information to obtain U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approval for the disposal method.

Based on this review, the NRC staff approves GLEs disposal methods for the specified classified matter.
