This response was developed in acoordance with all

. available criteria at that time. To date we have not received a reply fran the NRC ooncerning the submit-tal. ~ are aware of the high level of activity cerning the erre:rgency response facilities and the eon- e recent approval of SECY 82-111 by the Commissioners.

It is our understanding that this document JIDdifies previous requirements for emergency response facilities and that an additional submittal will be required by licensees sanetine in the future. It is our intent to review our December 29th submittal against these re-vised requirerrents when they becone available and re-vise our submittal in a timely manner.
