No effluent monitoring equipment was inoperable during the reporting period for times in excess of that allowed by Technical Specifications 3.3.3 ' or 3.3.3.6. No liquid or gas storage tanks exceeded the limits allowed by Technical Specification 3.11.2.6 during the reporting period. No changes were made to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual pursuant to Technical Specification 6.14. No major changes were made to the Liquid, Gaseous, or Solid Radwaste Treatment Systems pursuant to Technical Specification 6.15. No new locations for dose calculations and/or environmental monitoring were identified by the Land Use Census pursuant to Technical Specification 3.12.2.
