ATTACHMENT TO L-82-222 Dated May 26, 1982 Changes in the St Lucie Plant Unit 2, FSAR as a result of Amendment 10.

1). Appendix 1.9B was revised to incorporate the changes which resulted from the recent NRC review Questions/Response (FPL letters L-81-468, 474 dated October 27, 1981 and November 10, 1981 respectively).

2) Section 2.1.3.9 and 2.1.4 were revised. to insert a subsection on the periodic update of the population data around the St Lucie 2 site and to include information on the future land uses around the site. These items were added at the NRC's request.
3) Section 2.5 was revised to conform to the processed geotechnical data available regarding the Hutchinson Island soil profile.
4) Chapter 3 contains general revisions including changes made for con-sistency with other chapters of the FSAR, changes made for completeness and better comprehension and other changes made to correct typographical errors.
5) Section 3.7 contains a new Subsection which adequately describes the CEDM's.
6) Section 3.9 was revised to include updates of the computer programs used in the analysis at the St Lucie 2 plant and a new subsection on Deep Draft Pump Operability.
7) Chapter 4 includes general revisions to correct typographical and editorial errors.
8) Sections 4 .1, 4.2 and 4.3 were revised to indicate that the Part Length CEAs are not currently planned to be used at St Lucie 2.
9) Section 4.4 contains information that includes updated information on the minimum and maximum allowable reactor coolant flow rate and hydraulic loads on internal components.

Chapter 5 general revisions include changes for consistency with other Chapters of the FSAR along with changes to correct editorial and typo-graphical errors.

Section 5.2 was revised to incorporate the normal and LTOP operational 11) considerations of the PORVs.

Coolant Section 5.4 was revised to modify the subsections on the Reactor information Pumps and the Residual Heat Removal System to reflect the recent provided to the NRC via various correspondence.

13) Section 6.2 revised the combined leakage rate of bypass leakage to ~ 27 and this subsection was also revised to correct editorial comments.
14) Section 6.3 revised the subsection to clarify the source of charging pump-water with regards to the small break ECCS analysis.
15) Tables 7.3 was revised to a) include the charging pumps to actuate on SIAS b) fill in "laters" c) and correct '.discrepancies.
16) , Chapter 8 corrected typographical errors and corrected references.
17) Chapter 9 was revised to include a writeup on charging pumps. actuation to be consistent with the information provided to the NRC previously.
18) Chapter 12 was revised to include the Post Accident Sampling System Sources.
19) Chapter 15 was changed to include the revised Accident Analysis and revised dose calculations for loss of coolant accident.

20) 220 Series Questions were revised to add missing information into the text that the NRC staff has already reviewed and also we corrected some typographical errors.
21) 490 Series Questions were revised to conform more closely with FSAR Section 4.2.

22) 492 Series Questions contained the new Questions/Responses to three new questions and also present are editorial comments.
