Lucie Unit 1 Technical Specifications to permit repair of steam generator tubes by the installation of either Westinghouse or Combustion Engineering mechanical sleeves.
In a telephone conversation on June 2,
- 1989, the NRC stated that it found the subject license amendment generally acceptable.
Subsequent to the June 2,
- 1989, telephone conversation, FPL and the NRC have held several discussions on the format and content of the revised Technical Specifications.
As a result of these discussions, FPL proposes the attached revised Technical Specifications for the subject proposed license amendment.
The attachment supersedes the proposed marked-up Technical Specifications of Attachment 1 to FPL's L-89-140 letter.
