- Code,Section XI, (IWA-6230) requires that Inservice Inspection (ISI)
Summary Reports (Forms NIS-1 and NIS-2) be submitted within 90 days after completing the ISI conducted during a refueling outage.
By Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) letter (L-90-276) dated July 25, 1990, FPL revised the schedule for submittal of the NIS-1 and NIS-2 forms to August 31, 1990.
This schedule change had been discussed with the NRC Project Manager for St. Lucie.
Please find attached the Owner's Data Report for Inservice Inspection (Forms NIS-1 and NIS-2) which is submitted in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Code,Section XI, (IWA-6230).
