ATTACHMENT TO L-82-119 Dated March 31, 1982 Changes in the St Lucie Plant as a Result of Amendment 9

1) Section 1.2 Updated figures to reflect current revisions of the drawings. Change is technical in nature.
2) Section 1.7 Revised tables (1.7-1, 3 and 4/Safety Related,,

AE & NSSS CWDs, P&ID's) to reflect current drawing revisions. Change is technical in nature.

3) Section 1.9A Revised section to conform to FPL's letters L-81-348 dated 9/3/81 and L-81-426 dated 9/29/81 which were submitted to the NRC to justify CIAS setpoints of containment pressure per NUREG 0737.

Change is technical in nature.

4) Section 2.1 Revised section to designate Port St Lucie as the nearest population center. This was done at the request of the NRC via its Safety Evalua-tion Report, Subsection 2.1.3. Change is technical in nature.
5) Section 2.3 Incorporated the revised diffusion rates that have been previously transmitted to the NRC via FPL letter L-81-426 dated 9/29/81. This change is technical in nature.
6) Section 2.5 Added references, and made other editorial changes.
7) Section 3.2 Modified table 3.2-1 to be consistent with the response to NRC Question 410.16. The change is technical in nature.
8) Section 3.5 Expanded discussion on overall damage prediction for tornado resistant doors to indicate the method used by the vendor. Also in table 3.5-3 indicated the protecting enclosures surrounding the Hydrogen Analyzers. Changes are technical in nature.
9) Section 3.6 Inserted information as requested by the NRC at the MEB Draft SER Meeting. Change is technical in nature.
10) Section 3.6B Revised Question number reference at the request of Victor Nerses, NRC Licensing Project Manager.

Change is editorial in nature.

11) Subsection 3.9.1,5 Inserted information requested by the NRC at

& Table 3.9-29 the MEB Draft SER Meeting. Change is technical in nature.

This information has been previously supplied to the NRC via FPL letters L-81-403 dated 9/14/81 and L-81-474.dated 11/10/81. The changes are both technical and 'editorial in nature.

15) Subsection Incorporated the fuel surveillence program 4.2.1.5.1 description into the FSAR. This information has been prev'iously submitted to the NRC via FPL letter L-81-403 dated 9/14/81. The change is technical in nature.
16) Section 4.4 Added figure references into text. Change is editorial in nature.
17) Section 5.2 Updated and clarified information on welder qualifications. Change is technical in nature.
18) Section 5. 4 Updated the FSAR section to conform to the response to NRC question 440.1. Change is technical in nature.
19) Section 6.1 Revised section in the FSAR as a result of FPL's ongoing Quality Assurance Review. Change is editorial in nature.
20) Section 6.2 Corrected typograph'ical errors in this FSAR section. Table 6.2-2, 25 have been revised to incorporate the actual calculated peak different-ial pressure across the subcompartment walls.

No change to the design bases or subcompartment analysis assumptions were made. This change is technical in nature.

21) Section" 6.3 Added reference in text to new drawings. Also provides new information on post LOCA Long Term Cooling, as committed to, by FPL, in our FSAR subsection 6.3.3.4. Change is technical in nature.
22) Table 7.3 Corrected typographical errors and added new information to conform with the material supplied to the NRC by FPL letters L-81-384 dated 9/3/81 and L-81-426 dated 9/29/81. This change is technical in nature'.
23) S'ection 8.2 Added transient stability study to closeout NRC Question 430.76. Change is technical in nature.
24) Section 8.3, Added information to indicate how simultaneous closing of both RTGB Buses will be prevented.

25) Tables 9. 1 Corrected editorial errors and increased accuracy of numbers. Changes are editorial in nature.
26) Subsection 9.3.3.2 Revised subsection in FSAR to make it consistent with FPL's response to NRC Question 410.15.

30) Section 10.3 Modified section to indicate FPL's degree of compliance with NRC's R.G. 1.71. Change is technical in nature.

38) Question 210A.18A Inserted NRC Question/Response into the text which has been previously submitted to the NRC via a telecopy. This change is technical in nature.
39) Questions 271 Inserted NRC Questions (271.1-271.6) into the Series text. This information has been supplied to the NRC previously by FPL letter L-81-507 dated 12/2/81. Change is technical in nature.
