I II Post-TMI Requirements for the Emer enc 0 erations Facilit Florida Power 8 Light Company has reviewed Enclosure 1 of your letter dated February 18, 1981. Facility Conceptual design descriptions will be provided by June 1, 1981 as required.

The requirement regarding minimum staffing for emergencies (Table III A. 1.2-1) will prove exceedingly difficult to meet due to the lack of appropriate personnel living areas close enough to plant to allow them to respond in the required time. We will discuss the staffing situation more completely in our June 1, 1981 submittal.
