FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY October 23, 1980 L-80-353 Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Attention: Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director Division of Project Management U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D. C. 20555

Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

Re: St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 Technical Su ort Center The FPL response (L-80-113), dated April 3, 1980 to your letter of March 27, 1980 indicated that the work on the data display computer and its associated equipment for the Technical Support Center was scheduled for completion by October 31, 1980.

Presently all of the required equipment for the system has and a significant portion'f it is on site. been'rdered However, due to the delays of procurement associated with the remaining components and the subsequent installation time, this system is currently scheduled to be complete and operational by April 1, 1981.

Very truly yours, Robert E. Uhrig Vice President Advanced Systems & Technology REU/DME/ah cc: J. P. O'Rei lly, Director, Region II Harold F. Reis, Esquire goo/
