DPR-24 and DPR-27 Technical Requirements Manual Change Summary In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e), NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra), is submitting changes made to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Technical Requirements Manual (TRM).

The enclosure contains the TRM change summary for the period January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2013. NextEra previously submitted the TRM change summary for January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012, on August 28, 2013 (ML13241A199).

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

The limiting consideration becomes being able to override a design basis dilution event. 2,670 gallons of 3 wt% boric acid has been shown to be sufficient to meet this lesser requirement (References 5 and 6).

Removed rows 4 and 5 from Table 3.7.7-2 . Also changed 2k from "Two of the following" to "Either of the following" .
