NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE DRAFT PLANT SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENT 46 TO THE GENERIC ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR LICENSE RENEWAL OF NUCLEAR PLANTS REGARDING SEABROOK STATION, UNIT 1 (TAC NO. ME3959)

Dear Ms. Ballew:

The following document is enclosed for official filing with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA):

1. One printed copy and four CD's of the Supplement to draft Supplement 46 to NUREG-1437, "Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants" (GElS), regarding the license renewal of Seabrook Station, Unit 1 (Seabrook).

Simultaneously with this letter, a supplement to draft supplement 46 to the GElS for license renewal has been submitted to the EPA via e-NEPA. The NRC will incorporate the contents of the supplement, and any comments received thereon, into the final plant-specific supplement to the GElS for Seabrook. In addition, a copy of the supplement to draft Supplement 46 to the GElS is being mailed or e-mailed to interested Federal and State agencies, industry organizations, interest groups, and members of the public. The distribution list is in Chapter 11.

A copy of this document has also been placed in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) public document room, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852, and in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).

ADAMS is accessible on the NRC's website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The accession number for the supplement to the draft Supplement 46 to NUREG-1437 is ML13113A174. Please note that the public comment period for the supplement to draft Supplement 46 ends on June 30, 2013.
