Balwant, We intended to go over the CHLE facility design in the 9 February meeting (that was one of the main purpose of that meeting). I believe the attached document is the one you are referring to.

Please bear in mind the attached document is significantly out of date. We have continued on and we now are creating the revised version to be ready for the 8 March meeting. Recall we are discussing Chemical Effects Experiments as well as the head loss and bypass experiments on 8 March (Chemical Effects were added to the 8 March due to the document confusion surrounding the 9 February meeting).

Someone from STP in the last meeting on Feb 9 stated that document related to picture or illustration of the test facility has already been transmitted to me via e-mail, but not provided to the NRC staff. I do not remember receiving this document. Can you please send me another copy of this document? I may not have the proper description of the document.

Balwant, I just want to confirm that you have received from Linda Dyer at STP six files that we hope can be included in the 1 March 2012 NRC Public Meeting on LOCA Frequency.

Three of the files, are directly related to the meeting:

1) An article entitled: Uncertainty modeling of LOCA frequencies and break size distributions for the STP GSI-191 resolution.

2) A power Point Presentation: Uncertainty modeling of LOCA frequencies and break size distributions for the STP GSI-191 resolution (same name as the article - Item 1).

3) A PDF slide presentation entitled: Introduction NRC Public Meeting on Risk-Informed Resolution of GSI-191 Topic: LOCA Frequency.

Three other files were sent for additional staff background information as part of the overall GSI-191 Pilot Project progress:

4) A PDF file that has a description of the CASA Grande software entitled: Risk-Informed Resolution of GSI-191 at South Texas Project.

5) An STP summary of the previous meeting on 1/26-1/27 for Chemical Effects entitled: STP Post-meeting Notes for January 26-27, 2012 Public Meeting.

6) A write up with proposed PIRT resolutions entitled: Resolution of Outstanding Chemical Effects PIRT Issues.
