DROP-IN VISIT FROM EXELON/AMERGEN On January 15, 2008, Sam Collins, Marc Dapas, James Clifford, Darrell Roberts, Paul Krohn, and Dr. Ronald Bellamy of the NRC, met with Exelon=s Ron DeGregorio (Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Operations), Bill Noll (Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Operations), Pan Cowan (Licensing Director) and Ray Newmaster (Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Operations). The purpose of the visit was to discuss the performance of Exelon/Amergen's Region I plants.

During the meeting the following topics were discussed:

$ Organizational Changes within the Exelon Mid Atlantic organization and the stations;

$ Performance and Challenges for the Limerick Nuclear Power Station;

$ Performance and Challenges for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station;

$ Performance and Challenges for the Peach Bottom Nuclear Power Station;

$ Performance and Challenges for the Three Mile Island Power Station;

$ Recent refueling outage performance;

$ Recent trends, initiatives, and focus areas.

A copy of Exelon=s slide presentation can be found in Attachment 1.

The visit began at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 12:30 p.m., with expression of thanks. No regulatory decisions were requested or made.
