SUMMARY

OF MARCH 29, 2023, AUDIT MEETING WITH CONSTELLATION ENERGY GENERATION CONCERNING A DIGITAL INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL UPGRADE LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 (EPID L-2022-LLA-0140)

On March 29, 2023, a closed observation public meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representativ es of Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (the licensee, CEG) via video conference. The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss the digital instrumentation and control (I&C) license amendment request (LAR) for Limerick Generating Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Limerick). The meeting notice and agenda, dated March 6, 2023, are available in the Agencyw ide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML23065A077. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss outstanding audit questions related to the subject review. These questions were originally provided to the licensee in the audit process and are documented in ADAMS (ML22110A097 and ML22353A632). A list of attendees is provided as an enclosure.

During the meeting, a discussion of the following Audit Questions 1 was held:

Audit Question 95 - The NRC staff indicated that it plans to generate a new Audit Question based on the discussion Audit Question 78 Audit Question 84 - The NRC staff indicated that it plans to augment this Audit Question Audit Question 82 Audit Question 85 Audit Question 88 Audit Question 27
