SUMMARY

OF MAY 24, 2023, MEETING WITH CONSTELLATION ENERGY GENERATION, LLC REGARDING DIGITAL MODERNIZATION LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 (EPID L-2022-LLA-0140)

On May 24, 2023, a closed observation meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representatives of Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (the licensee) via video conference. The purpose of the open meeting was to discuss the digital instrumentation and control (I&C) license amendment request (LAR) for Limerick Generating Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Limerick). The meeting notice and agenda are available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML23136A139. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss outstanding audit questions related to the subject review. These questions were originally provided to the licensee in the audit process and are documented in ADAMS (ML22110A097 and ML22353A632). A list of attendees is provided as an enclosure.

During the meeting, a discussion of the following Audit Questions1 was held:
