We have inspected your concerns relating to Wolf Creek construction, which were contained in your letter to the Department of Labor dated' September 25, 1984, and to the actions taken by the Kansas Gas and Electric Company Quality First organizations.

It is our understanding that your Department of Labor complaint, as was stipulated in para. 3 of section 7 in our enclosure, was settled out-of-court.

Enclosed is a copy of NRC Inspection Report 50-482/84-58.

Section 7 contains information relating to your concerns.

Your responsibility and genuine interest in these items of inspection are truly appreciated by the NRC.

Again, we appreciate your interest and concerns in the safety of the activities at the Wolf Creek Generating Station.
