ALLEGATIONS - WOLF CREEK DOCUMENT CONTROL PROGRAM I received a call on. from a . who is working as a document control clerk at Wolf Creek _, indicated that as a result of bringing,up_ numerous problems, , had been demoted as far as KG&E could demote jalso indicated that ,.had been offered a promotion ..

jprovided the following specifics:

1. Plant Documents in the EOF and TSC are about 4 months behind in filing.
2. ' lwas told not to worry about what was already in the books, just stick

'the new documents in.

3. There was a 10% to 50% error in the documents in the .E0F and TSC.
4. The change notices to be filed were about l' deep.
5. The change notices did r.ot have the proper Daniels K-2 Stamp and many were illegible.
6. had found a blueprint missing reference steps.
