ALLEGATION - February 7, 1984 - 11:50 a.m.
Mr. James J. Gaskill came into the RRI's Office with the following allegation.
28, 1984, a mechanical / welding QC inspector was verbally

The inspector, Rick Dossett, and R. Booth-QC inspector made statements to DIC concerning this harrassment.
However, no corrective action has occurred.
