Enclosed are copies of NRC Inspection Reports STN 50-482/84-12 and 50-482/85-18 (with Office of Investiga-tion-Report of Investigation Case No. 4-84-003) inclusive. These should address your conc _ erns both of technical nature, as well as those of intimidation. These indepth summaries are provided in answer to your points at issue.

We have benefited from your telling us about your concerns. We feel that our actions in this matter have been responsive to those issues. Please be assured that we will continue to perform inspections and 01 investigations to ensure that your areas of concern are properly dispositioned.
