This special, announced inspection was conducted to verify corrective actions to previous enforcement issues.
In addition, the readiness of Unit 2 was reviewed.

Violations were identified in the following areas:

Failure to conduct an adequate search at the protected area portal
(88-19-01)
2.
Failure to document all Safeguards Events (88-19-02)
l 3.
Failure to account for all Safeguards Information (88-19-03).
This is considered a Licensee Identified Violation and, as such, is l
closed.
