NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-400/88-28 Thank you for your response of November 12, 1988, to our Notice of Violation, issued on October 18, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Shearon Harris facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
CFR 2.201.
We have also reviewed your request for mitigation of the Severity Level of Violation C, and in consideration of the information provided in your response, have changed our records to assign a
Severity Level V to this violation.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
