The inspector attended several management meetings in the course of inspection activities.

'I The inspectors observed work activities in progress, compeleted work and plant status in several 'areas of the plant during general inspections of,the plant.

The inspectors examined work for any obvious de'fects or noncompliance with regulatory requirements or license conditions.

Particular note was taken of the presence of quality control inspectors and quality con-trol evidence such as inspection records, material identifica-tion, nonconforming material identification, housekeeping and equipment preservation.

No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Concrete Voids in Sacrificial Shield Wall The inspectors observed the filling of concrete voids in the sacrificial shield wall.

BISCO NS-1, a polymer baSe material, was applied into the void area.

The inspectors took note of the presence of QC inspectors and the adherence to procedures by the craftsmen.

Back up verification by the licensee will be accomplished during the Startup Radiation Scan Program, the results of which will be examined as -part of the routine in-spection program.
