Test Program and turnover inspection between project inspectors; reviewed procedure for RHR pump removal, overhaul and installation; observed partial reinstallation of RHR pump; and reviewed previous open items.
In additiori,'he inspectors toured the plant to obtain an independent update of plant construction status.
The inspection involved 42 onsite-hours by two NRC inspectors.
Results:
No deviations or items of noncompliance were identified.

'he inspectors reviewed the TSEI manual revisions with" startup personnel and additionally discussed the operational procedures completion schedule and their impact on the preop'erational test program.
t No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified; Inde endent Ins ection The inspectors reviewed two System Lineup Tests (SLT) for the tear-down, inspection, and re-build for a Residual Heat Removal (RHR) Pump.
In addition, the inspectors observed the licensee startup and maintenance personnel reassembling the RHR p'ump.
The inspectors verified that the operation was being conducted in.accordance with approved procedures under proper quality control surveillance.
No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Exit Interview The inspectors met with WPPSS representatives (denoted in paragraph 1)
at the conclus'ion of the inspection on June 25, 1981.
