Meetina Highlichts On January 12, 1981, the IE inspector met with the Ebasco Project Manager and Site Manager for preliminary discussions regarding current work activities, scheduling and production rates with regard to cable pulling, cable terminations and pipe hanger installations.

The licensee reported that, as of December 31, 1980, overall construction was 82% complete.

During the period -January 13-15, 1981, the licensee /Ebasco representatives provided the NRC Caseload Forecast Panel.nembers a detailed presentation covering the subject items outlined by the Caselcad Forecast Panel in Item 2 above.

Site tours were incorporated in the meeting on January 14 and 15, 1981.-

As -indicated in the meeting summary on the Caseload Forecast Panel site visit.(copy in Public Document Room), the Caseload Forecast Panel members were in agreement with-the licensee's projected potential of meeting a fuel load date of October 1982; however, it was determined by the panel members and concurred with by the licensee representatives that a

construction schedule re-evaluation will be made approximately May 15, 1981.
