MISSING IE INSPECTION REPORT 50-382/81-15, DATED 7/10/81 On August 27, 1981, Louisiana Pcwer and Light Company reported to the Resident Inspector at Waterferd-3 that they had not received subject IE Inspection Report. Les Const21e, RRI, hadd-carried a Xerox copy to LP&L management on August 27, 1981. Therefore, the required response time to the Notice of Violation has been extended 30 days as of this date.
