IE INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-382/81-17

On September 8,1981, Louisiana Power and Light Company reported to the Resident Reactor Inspector at Waterford, Unit 3 that they had internal distribution problems resulting in the subject inspection report not getting to the appropriate management personnel on time. These problems have been resolved. The required response time to the Notice of Violation attached to subject report has been extended to October 8,1981.
