An inspection was performed to verify licensee compliance with IE Bulletin 79-02 requirements and licensee commitments.

Daniel Field Quality Control Procedure 5.4.2.1A, Rev.
1, Verification of Acceptab1'e Concrete Expansion Anchors for Selected Piping Systems, was

reviewed. Component Cooling Water System Support No. 2-CCW-R359 and Auxil-iary Feedwater System Supports 2AFW-R119 and 1AFW-R120 were randomly selected and inspected for compliance with IEB 79-02 requirements and licensee commit-ments.

6.
Seismic Analysis for As-Built Safety Related Piping Systems (IEB 79-14)
On' November 2, 1979, the licensee provided a response to IE Bulletin 79-14.
An inspection was performed to verify licensee compliance with IE Bulletin 79-14 requirements and licensee commitments.
The' following procedures that provided the licensee IEB 79-14 inspection requirements were reviewed:
Daniel Field Quality Control Procedure 5.4.2.1, Rev.12-Quality Control Procedure for Installation of Piping.
Alabama Power Company (APCO) FNP-QCP4.01-APC0 Construction Department Inspection of Seismic Category 1 Piping Systems.
Portions of the component cooling water system piping shown on Daniel drawing SK-P17-CV364 and Auxiliary Feedwater System piping shown on Daniel drawing SK-N21-CV041 were inspected. Some minor discrepancies were noted in the measurement of clearances for support 2CCW-R359, 2AFW-R119 and 2AFW-R120. The licensee is performing a reinspection of the clearances of the supports and will evaluate the results of the reinspection.
Pending licensee completion of IEB 79-14 requirements, the bulletin shall remain open.
