J. H. Ferguson Executive Vice President-Power Post Office Box 26666 Richmond, VA 23261 Gentlemen:

'

l Thank you for your letter of February 21, 1980, informing us of steps you have taken to correct the item of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC Operating License No. NPF-4, brought to your attention in our letter of December 4, 1979. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.

Based on the telephone conversation between P. J. Kellogg and C. M. Stallings, Vice President-Power Supply and Production Operations on February 26, we further understand that you will retrieve and store all required training records at the North Anna Power Station in the records vault.

We appreciate your cooperation with us.

Sincerely,

\\
