Included review of Security Organization, Protected Area Physical Barriers, Vital Area Access Control, Security Program '.udit, and Procedures Utilized for Transportation of Low Level Radicactive Waste. NRC inspectors were accompanied by Mr. S. Scala, Lawrence Livermore Laboratories and Mr. J. Ketchel, SRI International, for the purpose of observing inspection techniques and gathering data for use in updating inspection modules under USNRC contract.

The inspection involved 36 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors. The inspection was begun during an offshift period; eight inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC re uirements within the five areas examined.
