SUMMARY Inspection on May 5-30,1980 (Report No. 50-302/80-23)
Areas Inspected Routine inspection by the resident inspector of plant operations, security, and radiological controls, Licensee Event Reports (LER's), licensee action on IE Information Notices, nonroutine events, surveillances tests, and tour of plant The inspectors also observed the licensee's Emergency Plan drill conducted areas.
on may 29, observed plant operations on the back shift, and attended a meeting with NRR personnel on May 19. The inspection involved 129.5 hours5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> onsite by two resident inspectors.
Results Two items of noncompliance were identified (Infraction-Failure of security guards to either search personnel or require personnel to re-enter the weapons detector after the device }.a d alarmed; Infraction-Failure of personnel to self-frisk prior to exiting the RCA).
