Reactor Building Temperature In discussion with several operators it was found that the Reactor Building temperature alarm located on the annunciator panel was inoperative due to a set of open links that was properly logged in the plant Jumper log, however the alarm point was not labeled or tagged to further insure that the operators would not depend on an inoperative alarm. The licensee took immediate action and placed an information tag on the alarm window. This is designated an
.
inspector followup item, 302/80-04-01.
