0. R. McGuire, Chief, Physical Security Date Signed Section Inspection Summary-Areas Inspected: Included review of security organization, physical barriers-(PA), detection aids, assessment aids, response, testing / maintaining, access control (search) and follow-up on previous enforcement matters.
The inspection involved 62 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors. The inspection was began during regular hours; 18 inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results:
Of. the seven. areas examined during the' inspection, four security violations were identified in four areas:
1.
Security Organization - Failure to requalify security force members within the required time limit.
2.
Access Control (Search) - Failure to search vehicle.
