Inspection Summary Areas Inspected:
Included review of security program audit; security organiza-tion; protected and vital areas barriers; access control (identification, badging and authorization); access control (vital area); access control (escorting) and communication controls.
The inspection involved 22 inspector hours on site by one NRC inspector. The inspection was begun during an offshift period; four inspection hours were accomplished during offshif t periods.
Results:
Of the areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were disclosed in seven areas; one apparent item of noncompliance was identified in one area.
Access Control - Failure to maintain positive control of personnel during major outage (281/80-23-01).
