Included a review of Security Plan and Procedures; Security Organization - Management; Security Organization - Personnel; Security Organization - Response; Records and Reports; Testing and' Maintenance; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Security System Power Supply; Lighting; Access Control - Personnol; Access Control - Packages; Access Control - Vehicles; Detection Aids - Protected Area; Detection Aids - Vital Area; Follow up Items on Previous Inspections; and Independent Effort. The inspection involved 98 inspector hours by two NRC inspectors. The inspection was begun during regular hours; 30 inspection hours were accomplished during off shift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the sixteen arets examined during the inspection.

Licensee's Action on Previous Inspection Findings (Closed) Noncompliance (80-29-02).
Maintenance on non-operational alarm zones was not accomplished as soon as,possible. The inspectors determined that work orders for non-operational. alarm zones were receiving adequate priority. See paragraph 10.
