Haddam Neck Plant Extension Request for Additional Information on Generic Letter 84-04 and Systematic Evaluation Program Topic III-6 In twoReference conditions(1), a definitive identified statement in Generic Letterdescribing)how we propose 84-04,(1 considering to satisfy the Systematic Evaluation Program (SEP) seismic spectra, was requested. Along with this a description of planned improvements to specific primary system supports identified in the SEP Topic III-6 was requested.
We have developed a response that describes how we meet the two conditions of Generic Letter 84-04 but are still evaluating the primary system supports identified as part of SEP Topic III-6. As such, we request an extension to providing the information requested in Reference (1) to on or before March 26, 1936. With this extension we will be able to provide you with more complete responses for your review.
