Haddam Neck Plant Cycle 16 Reload Proposed Chanaes to Technical Specifications In a letter to the Staff dated July 28, 1989,(I) Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPC0) proposed to amend Operating License DPR-61 by incorpo-rating the Cycle 16 reload changes into the Technical Specifications for the Haddam Neck Plant. These proposed changes were provided in Standard Technical Specification (STS) format to support the conversion of the Haddam Neck Plant Technical Specifications.to STS format.
Unfortunately, due to an inadvertent administrative error, several pages of the proposed changes were not included in the original submittal to the Staff.
In Attachment 1 to this letter, we have included the pages that were omitted from the original submittal. We regret any inconvenience this apparent oversigh.t may have caused the Staff in the review of the Cycle 16 reload for the Haddam Neck Plant.
