Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) has recently implemented License Amendment 193m. CYAPCO's review of this License Amendment indicates that some pages were inadvertently marked as Amendment 193 which were not affected by Amendment 193. Some of these pages still displayed revision bars from the original amendment. The NRC Project Manager was informed of this situation and instructed CYAPCO to supply revised pages to correct the errors. Attachment 1 contains a listing of these pages.
