Haddam Neck Plant Inservice Testing of Emergency Diesel Generator Auxiliary Systems In an August 15, 1985 letter (I) the Staff advised Connecticut Yankee Atomic Po ver Company (CYAPCO) that the safety-related emergency diesel generator (EDG) auxiliary systems would be required to be included in the Inservice Testing Progiam and be tested to the requirements of ASME Section XI, Subsections IWP and I WV, to the extent practical. The Staff requested that a schedule for the submittal date of our proposed EDG Inservice Testing Program be provided within 60 days. The Staff advised CYAPCO that the testing currently being performed should be continued until the code required testing can be performed.

'w..:le CYAPCO maintains our previously docketed position relative to this issue, in order to facilitate resolution CYAPCO will submit a revision of the Inservice Testing Program and associated relief requests by February 28, 1937 for your review.
