In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J,Section V.B., Florida Power Corporation hereby submits the report entitled "Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test". i This report details the Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) conducted at Crystal River Unit 3 in November 1987, during the Refuel VI outage.
This report also provides information regarding an aborted ILRT attempt which occurred prior to completion of the successful test.
This information, which describes the reason for the aborted test I
attempt and subsequent corrective actions, is contained in Appendix H of the enclosed report. !
