'Ihe Power Operated Relief Valve (RCV-10) was operated two (2) times during 1988. Both operations were durirq plant startup per OP-202. One was the January startup, the other was the OcWr startup. Two other plant startups were perfonned, but the plant had not been below node 3 and therefore the KEV was not operated.
