Enclosed are copies of Florida Power Corporation's second quarterly progress report for the Crystal River 316 Study and a summary of the plan of study for ,

this project. This quarterly report is submitted pursuant to the schedule {

established in my correspondence dated Tune 9, 1983. At the request of '

Agency staff, the date of the second q -rterly progress meeting has been moved to February 2,1984 to facilitate more complete review of the report, '

The meeting will be held at Florida Power's General Office Complex in St.

Petersburg beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The Plan of Study - Summary was developed following discussions at the first quarterly progress meeting in order to provide a single document referencing all program modifications which have occurred since submittal of the original Plan of Study on November 15, 1982.
