This report is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v)(B),"Any event or condition that alone could have prevented the fulfillment of the safety function of structures or systems that are needed to remove residual heat." This report describes a plant condition where inadequate seismic support existed for the reactor coolant pump rotor stand support that could affect the operability of safety-related equipment during a seismic event. This report is being submitted beyond the 30-day requirement as' a result of an administrative process control weakness. Corrective actions have been taken to correct this weakness and to assure 30-day reporting requirements are met for future LER submittals. A new commitment is
