Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 This letter forwards a supplemental Licensee Event Report (LER) 95 033 02 documenting an event that occurred at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. I on June 23,1995. This LER is submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(ii).

This supplement documents three additional electrical separation conditions found during the continuing review process for this issue. The corrective actions for these conditions are included in the activities identined for this issue.

The following are NNECO's commitments made within this letter, All other statements made within this letter are for information only.

1116638 1 NNECO commits to evaluate deviations identified in the condition report to determine which of the following corrective actions should be pursued 1) performed analysis to credit the 112/02 monitor sample lines as a close loop system thereby requiring only one Containment isolation valve per sample line or 2) separate the logic wiring for the Inboard and Outboard Drywell Atmosphere Sampling System Primary Containment Isolation valves prior to startup for operating Cycle 16. f 1
