Structuralconditionsandradiationandcontaminationlevelsremainatacceptablelevels.
Environmentaldataismaintainedonsiteandavailableforreview.
2.0STATUSOFFACILITY
Inaccordancewithwrittenprocedures,theFacilityManagercontrolsaccesstothecontainment
buildingandgeneralsystems.Thefacilitycontinuestobeindeactivatedstatusinsafestorage
condition.
3.0ROUTINEPATROLS
Thefacilitywasinspectedweekly,quarterly,andannuallyinaccordancewithwrittenstation
procedures.
Patrolsidentifiedthefollowing:
x UnchangedEfflorescenceonthebasementwallsandfloor.
x UnchangedSpallingofconcrete,corrosionstainsandrebarcorrosionontheBasement
PumpFoundationpedestal.
x Seepageofwaterintothebasementborelocation.
Theseconditionshavebeenevaluated,posenothreattostructuralintegrity,andarebeing
monitored.Thestructuralconditionofthefacilityisbeingactivelymonitoredandisstructurally
soundtoensuremaximumprotectionforpublichealthandsafety.

Structuralconditionsandradiationandcontaminationlevelsremainatacceptablelevels.Environmental
dataismaintainedonsiteandavailableforreview.
2.0STATUSOFFACILITY
Thefacilitycontinuestobeindeactivatedstatus.Theplugstothereactorvessel,head
storageshield,andthewoodencoveroverthefuelstoragepoolremaininplace.
3.0ROUTINEPATROLS
Thefacilitywasinspectedweekly,quarterly,andannuallyinaccordancewithwritten
stationprocedures.
Threeissueswereidentifiedduringtheannualinspection:
- 1. Loose,falleninsulationwasfoundaroundtheperimeterofthemainfloorof
EVESR.Theinsulationisnotastructuralcomponentanddidnotcontain
asbestos.
- 2. Corrosionwasidentifiedontheexposedrebarfloortieinextensionsthatare
visibleatmultiplelevelsofthefacility.Theseextensionsarenotstructural
components.
- 3. Minimalefflorescencewasidentifiedatafewlocations.Thisconditionwas

Thestructuralconditionofthefacilityremainsactivelymonitored,stableand
