5- License SNM 960, Docket 07000754 Pursuant to the Technical Specifications requirements of References 1 and 4, this 30-day report is being provided regarding a personnel change for the Site Manager, Vallecitos Nuclear Center.

Specifically, License TR-1 Docket 50-70 (GETR}, Technical Specification (6.6.2.2.a} requires issuance of a thirty-day report for permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 1-2 personnel while License R-33 Docket 50-73 Technical Specification (6.6.2.b} requires a written report within 30 days to the NRG following permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 2 or Level 3 management.

Effective May 27, 2023, Mr. Carlos Martinez, a US citizen, replaced Mr. Charles Pedley as the Site Manager, Vallecitos Nuclear Center and assumed full responsibility and authority defined for this position, including matters relating to the safety and security of the Vallecitos reactors. For this assignment, Mr. Martinez will be located at the VNC site and can be reached at 925-862-4289.
