1 - License TR-1, Docket 05000070 (GETR) 2 - License DR-10, Docket 05000183 (EVESR) 3 - License DPR-1, Docket 05000018 (VBWR) 4 - License R-33, Docket 05000073 (NTR) 5 - License SNM-960, Docket 07000754 Pursuant to the Technical Specifications requirements of Reference 4, this 30-day report is being provided regarding a personnel change for the Site Manager, Vallecitos Nuclear Center.
Specifically, License R-33 Docket 50-73 Technical Specification (6.6.2.b) requires a written report within 30 days to the NRC following permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 2 or Level 3 management.
Effective January 1, 2023, Mr. Charles Pedley, a US citizen, will assume from Mr. Carlos, Martinez the position of Site Manager, Vallecitos Nuclear Center along with full responsibility and authority defined for this position including matters relating to the safety and security of the Vallecitos reactors. Mr. Pedley will be located at the VNC site.
