Haddam Neck Plant Core Bypass Flow Summary Report The Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) docketed the Haddam Neck Plant Core Bypass Flow Summary Report as Enclosure 2 to the referenced letter. CYAPCO stated that this report is proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation and requested this information be withheld from public disclosure.
In order not to delay this submittal of information, CYAPCO agreed to comply with the requirements of 10CFR2.790 to provide proprietary and non-proprietary versions together with an affidavit as soon as the proprietary information contained in the submittal had been specifically identified and the proprietary and non-proprietary versions had been prepared.
The purpose of this letter is to submit copies of both the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the report titled, "Haddam Neck Plant Core Bypass Flow Summary Report" (WCAP-Il042 and WCAP-11046 respectively) for NRC review and approval. This submittal serves to document the design core bypass flow n calculations as part of the Haddam Neck Steam Generator Tube Plugging gg Program. Enclosed are:
