Enclosed is a copy of the Public Service Electric & Gas Nuclear Business Unit Emergency Plan Revision 33, Section 15 - Exercises and Drills. Revision 33 incorporates Revision 5 of Emergency Plan Section 15. The changes in Section 15 include renaming Health Physics Drills to Radiation Protection Drills and providing clearer definition of Accountability Drills. In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(q), the changes in Revision 33 have been determined not to reduce the I

effectiveness of the Plan and became effective July 16, 1998. The basis for no reduction in the effectiveness of the Plan is included in the attachment to this letter.
