This letter provides Licensee Event Report (LER) 1999-001 for an occurrence involving an unattended Security weapon inside ?he Protected Area. Because this condition involves a shared system and is applicable to Units 1,2 and 3, a single report for Unit 1 is being 1 submitted in accordance with NUREG-1022, Rev 1. '
The health and safety of neither the public nor plant personnel were affected by this occurrence.
