Areas Inspected: This routine, unannounced physical security inspection of:

Plans, procedures, and reviews; Reports of safeguards events; and Fixed site physical protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance utliized Inspection Procedures 81401, 81402, 81431, 92700 and 92702.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with MRC requirements within the areas inspected.

Weaknesses were identified in the areas of:
